[2.2.2] - Release Notes

In this version of facephi-voice-service, we have added support for voice-sdk v2.2.2 with performance improvements. Also we have updated facephi-rest-manager to v2.4.0., which includes a new feature to stablish a config file for the service, with some parameters that can be modified by the user.
