[2.7.0] - Release Notes

In this version of facephi-voice-service, health check improvements have been made, as well as some refactors and performance improvements. Also, new checks have been added to verify the availability of the license, when the license server is not available or the license is not valid, the service health check will return the adequate status to inform that the license is not valid.
